Dorval Airport Return Procedures

Passengers arriving from domestic or international flights must follow the procedure below in order to meet their Limousine Krystal vehicle, which will already be waiting nearby in the designated area.

1. Please proceed to the airport exit and meet the “Limousine Dispatcher” (located on the sidewalk outside the airport between doors 23 and 24). You must identify yourself (your name) and advise that you have a reservation with Limousine Krystal.

2. The dispatcher will notify your chauffeur to come meet you, usually within less than two (2) minutes.

Please note: Limousines are not permitted to remain parked directly in front of the airport. This is why you must notify the dispatcher upon your arrival.
